Responsibilities

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team of construction professionals due to our continuous and calculated growth. The ideal Assistant Project Manager is detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated. This person will lead the project team with honesty and manage projects from start to finish. This person must also have the professionalism and communication skills required to work with the owners of outstanding, high-end, and frequently complex projects. This individual must be a seasoned leader who provides excellent customer service while creating high-quality projects as the point person for the project team and the firm.

The post of Assistant Project Manager is permanent and full-time. Overnight travel is not required. Relocation help is provided at the discretion of the employer.

Additional qualifications of the ideal Assistant Project Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management

0-5 years of industry experience

Knowledge of MS Project

Subcontractor bid negotiation experience

Ability to handle projects based primarily in a negotiated contract format

Excellent verbal and written communicator

Team player
