About the job

  • Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
  • Investigate, diagnose, report, and assist in the resolution of Client Home Appliance and Electronic Product problems. Assist in the concept, development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Client Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.
  • Main Roles Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor
  • Determine models missing from STG
  • Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.
  • Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG
  • Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion
  • Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch
  • Top must have skills: Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Client Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience:

  • 2-3 years experiences in Engineering / Technical field
